A Book of Condolences and a visual memorial has been set up at Vaughan City Hall in the atrium. We are inviting all residents and supporters to pay their respect to our beloved Nelson Mandela and sign the book of condolences. On December 13, 2013 we will be paying tribute to Mandela during the Kwanzaa event at Vaughan City Hall as part of the Festival of Light holiday event. Join us.
