VACA Celebrated our 10 year Anniversary on August 14, 2013 at the Monte Carlo Hotel in Vaughan.  It was a remarkable event that was attended by community members, business leaders, local leaders and Politicians. VACA awarded 17 community leaders from all fields with a "Decade of Service" Award.
